22^nd September – we received 3600 tickets and 200 over-flow tickets from USF.

23^rd September – we have started sorting and packing into envelopes and instruction paper

စက္တင္ဘာ ၂၃ မွာ လမ္းညႊန္စာရြက္နဲ႔ စာအိတ္ထဲ လက္မွတ္ေတြကိုု စီျခင္း၊ ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း လုုပ္ၾကပါတယ္။

24^th September – we have started distributing to organizers, groups and references that will do the delivery to their confirmed guests.

25^th September – we have so far distributed estimated tickets of 2000 to respective groups.

26^th September – we have started sending out pickup notification to remaining guests who signed up individually with their friends and family members

စက္တင္ဘာ ၂၆ မွာ တဦးခ်င္းနဲ႔ မိသားစုုအလိုုက္ ဧည့္စာရင္းသြင္းထားသူမ်ားထံ လက္မွတ္ထုုတ္ယူႏိုုင္ရန္ အေၾကာင္းၾကားအီးေမးမ်ား ေပးပိုု႔ၾကပါတယ္။

We have estimated number of 1600 towards remaining confirmed guests and their families.

Three pick-up locations are assigned to 3 groups of registered guests based on their postal zip codes.

The guest will have to bring the pickup notice to the designated pickup location to exchange for the tickets.

အဲသည္ ႏိုု႔တစ္စာကိုု ထုုတ္ယူျပီးေတာ့ သင့္လက္မွတ္နဲ႔ လဲလွယ္ယူရန္အတြက္ အဆိုုပါ လက္မွတ္ထုုတ္မည့္ စုုရပ္လိပ္စာကိုု အေရာက္လာပါ။

The volunteer at the sign-out counter will write down your receipt no (your phone number) on your notice with your signature and keep the notice from you in exchange of your ticket/s.

ဧည့္လက္မွတ္နဲ႔  သင့္ႏိုု႔တစ္စာကိုု ထိုုစုုရပ္မွာရွိတဲ့ လုုပ္အားေပးက လဲေပးပါမယ္။ လဲတဲ့ေနရာမွာ ႏိုု႔တစ္စာေပၚက သင့္ဖုုံးနံပါတ္ကိုု လက္ခံနံပါတ္အျဖစ္ မွတ္တမ္းျပဳျပီး သင္လက္မွတ္ထုုိးျပီး ထားခဲ့ရပါမယ္။

If you want to pick up at the entrance on the day of the Event, please reply the notice email mentioning you will do "will-call" at the day of the Event. Please be advised that you have to come early around 7:00 AM to pick up the ticket at the entrance to the Event. Make sure bring the print-outs both of "Pick-up Notice" and "Reply email from us acknowledging your will-call request" with you at the early day of the Event.

3 lists are printed based on the pick-up points. The guests and the volunteers can both do cross check the names and the number of guest lists to fix or correct the mismatch or errors. The Event host, USF delivered total of 3600 tickets to us on 22^nd September 2012 in the afternoon.

က်ေနာ္တိုု႔၏ ခန္းမပိုုင္ရွင္ USF  ေက်ာင္းက ထုုတ္ေ၀ေသာ လက္မွတ္ေပါင္း ၃၆၀၀ ကိုု စက္တင္ဘာ ၂၂၊ ညေနခင္းတြင္ လက္ခံရရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။

We have not wasted time packaging our admission tickets for distribution according to the pre-confirmed sign-up list as soon as we received our tickets. We worked the whole Sunday preparing the sorting of guest lists and tickets according to references, groups and by individual sign-up list.

Now tickets are starting to distribute through references, affiliates, and organizers as of 25^th September 2012. The guests who signed-up in groups will be receiving their tickets starting 25^th September 2012. For individual who signed-up with their own family and friends independently, we will announce the pickup locations in 2 area, one in San Francisco / Daly City and one in East Bay respectively for them to pick up at their convenient preferences.

Tickets are arranged in colored seating zones depending on the time line of the sign-up.

Green Zone will be on the floor in front of the stage.

Blue Zone will be side and back rising benches surrounding the Green Zone.

Yellow Zone will be located on the upper level of the stadium.

There will be over-flow room for additional guests.

Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s meeting with San Francisco Bay Area Burmese Community meeting time change and directions.

The following are the time changes on September 29, 2012 event, the Burmese Community meeting with the President of the National League for Democracy and Nobel Laureate Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. The event will be held at War Memorial Gym at University of San Francisco located at 2335 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco CA94118.

The event will be from 9:15 AM to 10:45 PM. The doors will be opened at 7:00 AM and we have made arrangements for audience to enter the hall till 8:45 AM. If you arrive after 8:45 AM, you will not be allowed to enter in the event hall.

For your convenience, please refer to the attached directions. Please note that parking  could be difficult due to extremely limited spaces. We recommend car pools or using public transportations such as BART, CalTrain or Buses.

Event committee has made arrangements for parking at the following locations. There will be Shuttle Service to and from Event location arranged from the following parking locations. 

1. Ocean Beach Public Parking (Free Parking)

     Shuttles will be at Fulton Street & Great Hwy.

    Time: Before the event: 6:30am to 8:30am

              After the event: 11am to 12:45pm

    

2. De Young Museum Parking Garage (Paid Parking) (Maximum $30)
